Xiaomi finally unveils its two spanking hot smartphones called the Redmi Note 2 and the Redmi Note 2 Prime.
As we have been updating, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p display (same goes for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Prime) in fact, both smartphones share similar hardware except in the CPU and memory departments.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 comes with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage and MediaTek Helio X10 chipset with 2GHz octa-core CPU. On the other hand, the Prime model boasts of a 32GB storage and 2.2GHz CPU (same RAM and chipset).
Talking about camera, both handsets sport 13-megapixel front-facing cameras with f/2.2 aperture. The smarphone features a 5-megapixel front camera. Both smartphones support LTE and come with infrared sensors for remote control while getting backed by a 3,020mAh battery for power and Android 5.1 Lollipop-based MIUI 7 for software.
