With this development, Twitter advertising service will now be available to over 200 countries from the initial 33 countries it was formerly active and available to advertisers.
Twitter also marks remarkable landmark, announcing an advertisers database of over 100,000 members. This also give opportunities to both small and medium scale advertisers from developing countries to reach out to their target market via twitter ad platform.

Visit the official twitter ad link via ads.twitter.com and follow the intructions to get started. You need a debit / credit card that will be used to pay for your advertising costs
