DSLRs might be the latest wrinkle in photography, but you don’t necessarily need a DSLR to produce DSLR-grade pictures. Thanks to the new development, even compacts produce serious image quality if you can make the right pick while buying one.
The good news is that we will be reviewing some of the best cameras in the market today—and here are the best 10 from the list we’ve so far compiled:
Canon PowerShot S120
If you’re looking for a pocketable yet powerful camera, the S120 model may be an excellent pick for you. First the 1/1.7-inch sensor can produce quality images from the camera directly and a maximum aperture of f/1.8 at the widest-angle setting.
For the extras, the camera comes with a touchscreen control, Wi-Fi, superfast autofocus, and a physical lens ring-control. The only let down on the camera include limited battery life, extra critical over-exposure, and the high price. But all in all, the camera still deserves a top slot in our list of ten.
