Over the recent years, BlackBerry has released a couple of BBOS 10-powered smartphones in a bid to stay relevant in the industry. Some of these devices comes with the latest BBOS 10.3 update pack support for Android apps which has not really helped Blackberry from falling in the market. CEO Chen described the Canadian phone maker’s $28 million loss at the end of last quarter as “expected” and stated that the company was expecting a major turnaround soon.
We think the CEO was describing the phone as a full-blown Android smartphone. Last month there was rumour all around the world that BlackBerry could be making an android phone then the CEO came out to say the possibility for them making a BB Android in the nearest future isn’t quite ruled out.
