Earlier this year, reports claims that BlackBerry is planning to launch an Android phone, the Canadian company’s CEO John Chen had said that they are open to Android if they can make the phone secure enough. And the name Priv (which seems to be short for privacy) certainly falls in line with that vision.
According to reports, the smartphone is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 808 chipset, and come with 3GB of RAM. It is said to feature an 18MP rear camera with dual-LED flash, and run Android Lollipop.
